Wots4Dina Mobile Widget 2.0

Hi all,

We have today released a new version of Wots4Dina.

This is major update to the application and its recommended that everyone who currently has the widget should upgrade to this version.

In the next few weeks we will be upgrading the server side code of the application which will mean the previous versions of the widget will not work for a few recipes.

Oh….We’ll only implement the change once we are sure most people have upgraded their copy of Wots4Dina - so dont panic just yet

In terms of the new version - we have updated the design to reflect the up and coming Wots4Dina website and we have also added a screen to allow you to post feedback and comments back to us regarding Wots4Dina and its recipes!

You can get your hands on the widget from Vodafone or Opera Widgets

Roll out of new Design

Some of you may have noticed we have begun to implement a new design for the Wots4Dina pages.

After deciding the pink was too bright and not ‘foody’ enough we have edited the pages to look a green colour and not as bright.

The new design is currently live on the website and we’re looking to roll it out onto the widget soon.

Wots4Dina - Vodafone Release

The new version of Wots4Dina is now available for download from Vodafone widgets.

You can download it directly from Vodafone.

The new version improves user feedback when searching and finding no results.

Coming soon: Version 2.0 which includes the new Wots4Dina styling and the ability to send us your feedback/comments/questions….

Wots4Dina -Opera Widget

Minor Release

Hi all,

I have performed a minor update to the Wots4Dina widget.

A few users have reported that when searching and finding 0 results the widget doesn’t seem to do anything.

(In fact it does there is a small message saying that no results have been found but it certainly isn’t clear)

I have updated the widget so that the small messages flashes when 0 results have been found. I’ll get an upload together shortly.

Hi all,

This post is more of a call to the Wots4Dina mobile widget users.

Since being voted a weekly winner of the Vodafone Summer of Widgets competition I feel it’s time I should start making some improvements to the widget.

Can people please use this post to comment on their widget feedback. Please let us know whats good/bad/rubbish/needs improving on the widget.

Great news! The Wots4Dina widget has been announced a weekly winner in the Vodafone Summer of Widgets competition.

The competition is currently being run by Vodafone and Betavine.
